About the Notarial Practice Course

Becoming a Notary is an additional service you can offer to your clients and expands the capabilities of your practice to welcome new work. Ensure you are ready to practise by learning with the leader in legal education.

 

 

Intakes

The Notarial Practice program is offered two times each year. As the only authorised provider of notarial education and training in New South Wales, The College of Law is uniquely placed to help you achieve your goal of becoming a Notary.

The course is designed for experienced legal practitioners with at least five years’ experience.

 

 

Notarial Practice Accreditation course

Date: 31 January – 2 February 2019
Times: 9.15am - 5.00pm (Days 1 & 2), 9.30am - 4.00pm (Day 3)
Location: The College of Law, Level 16, 111 Elizabeth St, Sydney

Assessment: To become a Notary attendees are required to complete an assessment. The assessment consists of a series of questions. A result of 75% for each question must be attained to pass the assessment. The assessment will be provided to attendees at the end of the course, for attendees to take home and complete.
