Group CEO Transition

Further to my announcement of 17 April, I am pleased to confirm that Marcus Martin will commence as Group Chief Executive Officer of the College of Law on 13 May 2025, in line with the planned transition arrangements.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Neville Carter AM for his longstanding leadership and lasting contribution to the College.

Neville will be completing transitional work until 1 July 2025.

As Marcus steps into the Group CEO role, I look forward to continuing the College’s important work with the legal community, guided by his leadership and renewed focus.
