Stephanie Croker

Stephanie specialises in recruiting legal professionals in the Perth market, bringing together a wealth of experience as a legal practice manager with a passion for connecting people to opportunities and supporting them throughout their career. She is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture in the legal profession and appreciates being able to contribute to the growth and development of the industry.

With over a decade of expertise in the legal sector, Stephanie leverages her extensive knowledge of legal operations and recruitment to facilitate meaningful connections between lawyers and prospective employers. Stephanie's professional journey has predominantly revolved around Office Management and HR, providing her with a unique inside perspective. In her seven-year tenure as the Office Manager for Mills Oakley, a prominent full-service Commercial law firm she successfully managed day-to-day operations, HR responsibilities, and recruitment initiatives along with establishing its successful clerkship and graduate programs. Prior to Mills Oakley, Stephanie served as Practice Manager for a boutique Property law firm, working alongside ex top tier partners and legal board members providing full-service management to the firm. Before venturing into the legal field, Stephanie also spent time as the HR/Systems Manager at Lawrence Business Management, a comprehensive business management firm offering services in accounting, financial planning, broking, and legal support.

Luke De Castro

Luke is a lawyer in the G+T Ventures team at Gilbert + Tobin. G+T Ventures is a specialist practice group that represents some of Australia's most exciting startups across a range of industries, including AI, climate tech, deep tech, and health & biotech. Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin, Luke was a lawyer at MinterEllison, where he gained experience across a range of practice areas through the firm’s graduate program. Outside of law, Luke is a Co-Founder of CupKings, a sustainable party supplies business.
