Should you be unable to attend, your award will be conferred in absentia and your completion documents express posted within two weeks of conferral. A formal invite will be forwarded to eligible graduands closer to the ceremony date.
Entry is via the Gatehouse on Macquarie Street, next door to the State Library.

Buses run along Macquarie, Elizabeth and Castlereagh Streets. Routes 200, 309, 324, 325, 326, 327, 333, 339, 343, 373, 374, 376, 377, 380, 389, 391, 392, 394, 396, 397 and 399 service the area.
Each graduate may reserve two guest tickets. Further information will be provided in the formal invite.
You will receive a testamur and an academic transcript.
Your documentation will be forwarded within two weeks of conferral to the mailing address supplied on your application. Contact us if you need to update your address on or before conferral. A $60 fee applies for any re-print requests.

No. Post-nominals can only be used after your award is formally conferred by the Chief Academic Officer.

Graduation ceremonies are generally held twice a year, in May and November.
