About This Course
This seminar will examine key tax considerations for property transactions, including:
- Stamp duty on the sale of property and property owning entities
- GST implications of property transactions
- Key income tax considerations on a sale of property including: the capital/revenue distinction, CGT considerations and flowing capital gains through discretionary trusts, and
- Income tax and stamp duty considerations with leases
This seminar complies with the mandatory requirement of Substantive Law .
