Brett Warfield
CEO, Warfield and Associates 

Warfield and Associates Chief Executive, Brett Warfield, has more than 27 years Forensic Accounting experience including seven years in senior management with a Big Four Forensic practice in Australia. He has significant Forensic Accounting experience in investigating fraud, corruption and other unethical conduct, financial profiling, asset and funds tracing and preparing financial briefs of evidence. He has vast experience presenting on the prevention and detection of fraud, corruption and other unethical behaviour to CEOs, senior executives and industry and professional bodies in Australia and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Brett has the following qualifications:

B.Com (UNSW), GDipAppFin (Sec Inst), MBA (Exec) (AGSM), GCertFraud Inv (Latrobe Uni), Grad.Dip.ACG (CSAust) 

 

Lynette Judge
Barrister, Lachlan Macquarie Chambers 

Lynette Judge has practised continuously at the NSW Bar since her admission in May 1984 and prior to her admission to the Bar was employed as a litigation Solicitor. She holds a degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Sydney. In the past few years her practice has been predominantly, but not exclusively, in the areas of Family and Defacto Relationship Law, Succession, Family Provision, Equity and Guardianship. Lynette is the current Head of Lachlan Macquarie Chambers at Parramatta, of which she was a founding member in 1986. She is a long standing member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators and has been an Arbitrator appointed pursuant to Regulation 67B of the Family Law Regulations since 1994.

 

Neil Watt
Principal, Neil Watt Consulting 

Neil Watt is known as “That Ethics Guy” for his column of that name Neil is recognised as one of Australia’s best known and most entertaining legal ethicists and trainers. Founder of the Qld Law Society Centre for Lawyers’ Ethics and its website “Australian Lawyers’ Ethics” (www.ethics.qls.com.au) Neil served as its Senior Ethics Lawyer until opening his own consultancy, Neil Watt Consulting in 2011.


Rob O'Neill
Barrister, Lachlan Macquarie Chambers

Rob commenced practice as a Barrister in August 1975 and has since then has held briefs in the areas of Personal Injury; Wills Disputes; Commercial Disputes; Appellate; Common Law and Equity matters.

Rob commenced practice in Sydney and since 1979 has held chambers in Parramatta and was one of the founding members of Lachlan Macquarie Chambers in George Street Parramatta and was Head of Chambers for some 25 years.

Rob has had a diverse practice in the District Court and Supreme Court over the years and has provided advice in all of the above areas including complex areas of law and fact.

Rob is also a Fellow CPA and a member of the Western Sydney Law External Advisory Committee.
