Discuss the typical problems faced by sole practitioners including cash flow and profitability, trust accounts and Lawcover, common ethical dilemmas, and learn about business and risk management systems to address these issues.
If you want to become a sole principal, the Law Society of NSW requires you to complete a Practice Management Course. The College's Legal Practice Management Course is designed to meet these requirements.
Workshop Details: 21-23 November 2019, 9am - 5pm.
All components of the course, as set forth below, must be undertaken for satisfactory completion. Certificates of Completion are issued, and Law Society of NSW is notified of satisfactory completion, approximately 4 weeks after the workshop.
