Jennifer McMillan is an experienced practitioner in will and estates and legal educator. She is an Accredited Specialist (Wills & Estates), member of the NSW Law Society Elder Law and Succession Committee, a TEP and part-time legal member of the Guardianship Division of the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Jennifer has extensive experience in wills and estates from private practice and a trustee company and has practised in NSW and WA.
