Michael Moore was admitted to practice in 1979 and became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law in 1994.

He initially worked in country practice doing inter alia plaintiff motor vehicle and workers’ compensation claims. In 1982 joined the GIO litigated CTP Claims department as a legal officer in the District Court section, subsequently moving to a major claims practice in the District Court section and then to the Supreme Court section of the GIO.

Michael joined Goldbergs in 1985 as an employed solicitor principally doing litigated Workers Compensation claims for respondent/defendant interests but also personal injury claims for plaintiff/applicant clients.

He became a partner at Goldbergs in 1986 and has practiced in the personal injury (primarily workers’ compensation) area since that time.
