Ethical dilemmas can arise when you least expect them and the decisions you make can have catastrophic consequences. It is important to be able to recognise what your obligations are and to have a framework in place to help you respond in a way that takes into account your responsibilities as a legal practitioner and your personal values. This unit will help you chart the ethical minefield by identifying ethical and responsibility issues that could be relevant to your practice and examining best practice responses.
