Nicholas Simpson

Nicholas Simpson is a barrister practising from 13th Floor St James Hall Chambers, having previously worked as a litigation solicitor at Eakin McCaffery Cox, Lawyers. His main areas of practice concern corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, real property, succession, consumer law and general commercial litigation. Nicholas was the Common Law Researcher to the Supreme Court of New South Wales principally working for the Honourable Justice Peter David McClellan AM, formerly Chief Judge at Common Law. Nicholas also lectures and tutors at the University of Sydney in Civil and Criminal Procedure teaching both its undergraduate and postgraduate students.
