Western Australia Wills Skills Workshops
WA Lawyers – Enhance your career
The College of Law Western Australia has developed a series of “hands on” workshops to assist Western Australian practitioners to develop and enhance their expertise in Will and Estates practice.
Facilitated by Amanda Liston, Director, Amanda Liston Legal and Graduate, The College of Law LLM (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates, this series of workshops have been developed to be practical and immediately applicable to your practice.
The workshops move sequentially from taking instructions through to Probate. The workshop can be undertaken individually or combined with other workshops in the series.
