Perth Alumni Event - Ethical Issues In Legal Practice: Shades of Grey

Published on 22 March 2017

Following a sellout seminar in 2016, The College of Law is offering an encore presentation of 'Ethical Issues: Shades of Grey' by Anne Durack.

Ethical dilemmas are a regular challenge in legal practice. They can arise when you least expect them. It is important to be able to recognise what your obligations are and how to respond in a way that takes into account your responsibilities as a legal practitioner.

Join The College of Law Western Australia for an exclusive alumni seminar to learn how you can make ethical decisions more easily by identifying and following the right path.
In a one hour session, Anne Durack will take you through a number of fact scenarios to discuss the fundamental and other professional duties that arise with particular reference to the Legal Profession Conduct Rules 2010 (WA). Ethical issues in legal practice are "invariably subtle" and "more nuanced" - it's not always black and white!
This is a free event for alumni of The College of Law - places are limited to register now!
