Martine runs her own coaching and training business which provides resilience, career management and leadership development solutions for professionals in private practice. Martine has spent the last two decades immersed in developing the skills, knowledge and confidence of others. She has a background in psychology and counselling, holds certifications in a variety of leadership tools and has over 20 years’ experience developing executives in top tier international law firms, accounting and investment banks. As an accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher she adopts an integrated approach to development.
