This session will cover the neuroscience of stress, how to recognise your early signs, and how to influence your stress levels so that you can continue to flourish in your legal career. Irrespective of your skillset, if you cannot manage your stress levels, it is hard to use them to their fullest potential.

Martine runs her own coaching and training business which provides resilience, career management and leadership development solutions for professionals in private practice. Martine has spent the last two decades immersed in developing the skills, knowledge and confidence of others. She has a background in psychology and counselling, holds certifications in a variety of leadership tools and has over 20 years’ experience developing executives in top tier international law firms, accounting and investment banks. As an accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher she adopts an integrated approach to development.

During the webinar, the presenter will present on the topic, similar to in a seminar. You can ask questions by typing in the box provided. Each webinar has lots of time allocated to answering questions so there is plenty of opportunity to interact and engage.
What you need (the technical stuff): all you need for a webinar is a computer/device and telephone. You logon to the webinar and listen through a teleconference. If you are in an open plan office, you may like to listen through earphones. There is no need to download any fancy software. It is really as simply as following a link to join.
