He is also President of the City of Sydney Law Society and a member of the Law Society Injury Compensation Committee and the Accredited Specialist Advisory Committee.

Michael is recognised in the profession as a leading practitioner in these practice areas and is accredited by the NSW Law Society in employment & industrial law and personal injury.
He has served on a variety of committees of the Law Society, including as part of the peer review process by which solicitors become accredited specialists in employment and industrial Law.

Partner, Kells 

David studied at the University of Sydney and was admitted to practice in 1982 . He became a partner of Kells in 1994 and achieved accredited specialisation in personal injury in the same year. David completed a Masters of Law at Sydney University in 2008 majoring in Labour Law and Health Law.
In 2010 he became an accredited specialist in employment law and industrial relations.
He is the former President of the Wollongong and District Law Society and a member of the NSW Law Societies Employment Law Committee and Injury Compensation Committee.
