Legal Ethics Bridging Course
Any student seeking to be admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW after 31 December 1999 is required to have completed as part of their law degree a course in Legal Ethics approved by the Legal Profession Admission Board (LPAB). To assist College of Law past, current and future students, who have not completed such a course, the College provides this Legal Ethics Bridging Course approved by the LPAB.

Important Notice: As at 8th April 2008, The College of Law has been advised by the Legal Profession Admission Board that it will no longer be able to accredit the College's Legal Ethics Bridging Course after 31st December 2008. Therefore all students who wish to undertake this course must enrol no later than 31st October 2008 and complete the course by Friday 19th December 2008 in order to meet these requirements.

Please Note:
The Legal Ethics Bridging Course takes a minimum of 6 weeks to complete. You will also need to allow an additional 2 weeks at the end of the course for the final marking of assessments and the required essay and issue of a letter of completion for the program.
Please keep this timeframe in mind when arranging your application for admission.
