This course will assist participants with the coordination and implementation of LAW 9000. It examines the impact of management systems on the organisation and how the process approach to management provides structure to such a system.
It will enable participants to understand the structure and intent of LAW 9000; the challenges of implementation; the road to certification; change management issues; and the benefits of implementing LAW 9000. It is suitable for participants who wish to begin the process of implementing the LAW 9000 system.

1 day course - $467.50 (incl. gst)
This course covers the LAW 9000 internal audit requirements; what has to be audited; conducting an internal audit; benefits; practical exercises involving preparation and conduct of an audit.
