Implementing Appropriate Management Systems for Incorporated Legal Practices

This is a 1-day course designed to assist solicitor directors of ILPs to understand:

(1) the Legal Profession Act compliance agenda

(2) the NSW Legal Service Commissioner's self-assessment process

(3) how to design and implement an appropriate management system to satisfy (1) and (2)

The course materials include examples of procedures and policies for work, client and people management.

The course will be offered on demand subject to minimum numbers.

Course Cost: $385 minus 25% discount for second and subsequent delegates from the same ILP attending the same course.
Materials alone: $100
