Online learning offers significant advantages for both Trainees and firms including:

  • Individual tuition – the lecturer is able to focus on the needs of individual Trainees and becomes more a mentor than an instructor, with the online format allowing for more personalised and detailed feedback
  • Accessibility – the online components of the program can be undertaken wherever there is internet access with only some sessions undertaken face-to-face in Melbourne CBD
  • Flexibility – the flexibility of the online program, allows Trainees and firms to plan around work and family commitments

Assessments are graded in the following ranges:

High Distinction 85 - 100
Distinction 75 - 84
Credit 65 - 74
