Part PLT Programs for Overseas Lawyers
The College of Law now offers each subject required for practical legal training through the Part PLT Program for overseas lawyers. These online courses are available for applicants admitted as lawyers in jurisdictions other than Australia who are granted exemptions from parts of the practical legal training requirements by either the New South Wales Legal Profession Admission Board or the Victorian Council for Legal Education - Board of Examiners.
For further details, please see Admission to Practise as a Lawyer to find contact information for the relevant admitting authority.
For subject information and options, please see the New South Wales Part PLT Program information, the Victoria Part PLT Program Application Form, or the general overview of the Coursework Component of our College PLT Program.
Please note that FEE-HELP may be available for some of these courses, provided eligibility conditions are met. For more information, see: FEE-HELP Loans
