Postgraduate Programs Payment Options

FEE-HELP Loans

If you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident you may be eligible for a FEE-HELP Loan. For further information on FEE-HELP, including eligibility, see: FEE-HELP Loans

To apply for a FEE-HELP Loan you are required to submit a completed, and accurate, Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form. The Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form is only available in hard copy and may be requested by contacting Enrolments at: enrolments@collaw.edu.au

When utilising FEE-HELP as a payment option, there is no upfront payment and the cost of the course is repayable through the tax system after you commence working. Your application for FEE-HELP must be submitted with your enrolment form.

Upfront Payment

The full course fee is payable upon application to enrol in the Coursework Component if you are not utilising a FEE-HELP Loan.

Payment may be made by any of the following methods:

• credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex)
• bank cheque
• personal cheque
• cash, and
• direct deposit into The College of Law account:

Tax Deduction

You may be able to claim a tax deduction for the cost of self-education at the time the expense was incurred. Please visit the Australian Tax Office website at www.ato.gov.au for further information. 

Personal Loans

You have the option to pay for our postgraduate programs using a personal loan obtained from a bank.

College of Law Bursary Schemes for PLT Programs 

A limited number of tuition bursaries are available each year for Australian citizens/residents.
