The Tort of Inducing Breach of Contract: An Australian Perspective

Compared to the certainty and scope of the other economic torts of conspiracy, intimidation and unlawful means, the tort of inducing breach of contract is largely settled. This paper discusses the current state of the law in Australia with respect to the tort’s elements, defence (of which there is only one) and remedies.
