Malcolm Gledhill is a consultant solicitor with the Sydney City firm Slade Manwaring. He is an accredited specialist in property law and was a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society for a number of years. He has been a member of the Retirement Villages Ministerial Advisory Council since it was first appointed in 2000.

In his practice he advises churches, charities, retirement village operators, aged care providers and private clients regarding retirement village and aged care law.
