Presenting Traffic Matters in the Local Court

Traffic matters remain a regular and occasionally remunerative feature of the a Local Court practitioner. The legislative regime is complex and constantly changing and more changes are coming. This seminar will look at some interesting perspectives on presenting traffic matters in the Local Court.

Howard Packer has been a barrister since 1997, after practising as a solicitor from 1986 in Sydney and London.

His main areas of practice are crime, family and commercial equity.

He was a Uniting Church Synod Advocate – prosecuting ministers who have taken the pastoral relationships a bit too far.
