Interlocutory Injunctions and other Urgent Equity Division Remedies
The purpose of this paper is to provide a practical explanation of the legal principles and practices applied in the Supreme Court of NSW Equity Division in relation to interlocutory injunctions and other urgent remedies such as extensions of caveats, appointment of provisional liquidators and receivers, asset freezing orders and Anton Piller search orders.

Graeme Turner, of 12th Floor, Wentworth Selborne Chambers, was admitted to practice as a barrister in the State of New South Wales in 1987. He had previously practiced as a solicitor.
At the independent NSW Bar Graeme practises in commercial and business law and in equity. He regularly appears in the Duty Judge List of the Equity Division particularly on interlocutory injunction applications and for other urgent remedies. He has also appeared before Royal Commissions and on governmental inquiries.
