Shaun is a Special Counsel in Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s Sydney based construction law practice. Having fourteen years of specialist experience in engineering and construction dispute management, his experience includes engineering and construction dispute management and resolution includes litigation, arbitration, statutory adjudication, expert determination and mediation.

Shaun has advised on commercial contracting and project disputes including in the retail, residential, resources, power, rail and industrial sectors. Shaun is a regular contributor to the College of Law’s continuing legal education program, having previously presented on security of payment law and standard form contracts commonly used in the construction industry.
