Our Applied Law Programs currently offer the option of the Graduate Diploma of In-house Legal Practice.

Program Structure

Fees

Tuition fees are $1,850 per subject (GST exempt).

Attendance Mode

Our Applied Law Programs are supervised online programs. 

Supervised online programs incorporate self-paced online learning with the supervision and support of an experienced lawyer who is available to answer questions and assess your performance.

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Points

You may claim up to 15 units per subject for your CLE/CPD requirements, depending on your jurisdiction.

Program Admission Requirements

In order to gain admission to the In-house Legal Practice Program you are required to:

• hold a law degree or equivalent qualification (LLB, LLM or Diploma of Law), or
• hold another degree and have substantial experience working a a quasi-legal capacity

Advanced Standing

There may be opportunities for advanced standing in the Graduate Diploma, in particular for students who have completed the Chartered Secretaries of Australia's Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
