  • prepare a matter for litigation arising out of the violation of a design
  • apply skills of analysis, problem solving and strategy to formulating courses of action in intellectual property disputes
  • determine courses of action in several intellectual property litigation matters
  • advise the client in litigation in regard to strategy, risks, costs and success prospects
