Study Mode |
Supervised online programs incorporate self-paced online learning with the supervision and support of an experienced lawyer who is available to answer questions and assess your performance.
There is a one-day face-to-face workshop for each subject. |

You may claim up to 15 units per subject for your CLE/CPD requirements, depending on your jurisdiction. |

Program Admission Requirements |
In order to gain admission to the Applied Law Programs you are required to:
- hold a law degree or equivalent qualification (LLB, LLM or Diploma of Law), and
- be admitted to practise as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction

Advanced Standing |
There may be opportunities for advanced standing in the Graduate Diploma or Master of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation), in particular for Accredited Specialists in practice areas relevant to the Program.
