Commercial Litigation
Master of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation)
This masters of law course, unlike an LLM, focuses on the practical delivery of legal services in the area of Commercial Litigation.
It is delivered primarily online via the College’s Learning Portal and offers a high degree of flexibility and is designed to accommodate the needs of busy practitioners.
To graduate with the Master of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation) you must complete a total of seven subjects. You can choose to exit the degree at an earlier stage and be awarded a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation) or a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Commercial Litigation).
Should I enrol?
You should consider enrolling if you:
- already practise in the area of commercial litigation and want to expand your skills and knowledge in order to build your practice
- wish to move into a more senior role within a commercial litigation practice
- currently practise in another area of law and want to make the move into commercial litigation
To enrol, you must hold a law degree or equivalent qualification (LLB, LLM or LPAB Diploma of Law) and be admitted to practice as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction.
If you do not satisfy these criteria, or you do not want to enrol in an award program, you can enrol in a single subject.
