Web Conferencing
Web conferencing, webcasts and other web-based programs are currently being developed by The College of Law. We have a commitment to enhancing in our continuing legal education and professional development programs, by using a variety of delivery methods to reach practitioners across the state.
These offerings are particularly suitable for regional and suburban practitioners or for those unable to attend the face to face presentation.
All programs delivered via these options are eligible to be claimed as an activity for MCLE/CPD units under the MCLE Rules in NSW, see: The Law Society of NSW website.
Teleconference Option
Dial in from work or home to listen to seminars live from any location within Australia.
Choose from programs listed here.
Once you have registered, you will be emailed a toll free number and a pass code to enable you to dial into the presentation just prior to the commencement of the seminar, where you will be able to listen to the seminar live.
You will also receive a copy of the seminar materials by email on or before the day of the seminar.
Web Conference Option
Login into our custom designed webpage to participate in a live presentation

Once you have registered, you will be emailed a web link and a pass code to enable you to log into the presentation just prior to the commencement of the seminar. As the seminar begins you will be able to participate in the live seminar. A key benefit of this program is that it is Flash based and no downloads are required. A broadband connection is recommended.
You will receive your seminar materials by email on or before the day of the seminar.
Webcast Option
Choose one of our online seminars containing a pre recorded webcast of a seminar in addition to the online seminar content and materials. This option has the added advantage of providing you with a visual/audio experience at a time and date that suits you (a webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology – The webcast may either be distributed live or on demand. Essentially, webcasting is “broadcasting” over the Internet).

Standard Online Option
Online College of Law MCLE is an easy-to-use collection of MCLE seminars that are available 24 hours a day, whether you are at home, in the office, or even overseas. Many come with podcasts as an extra benefit. Click here to see a full list available.
Podcasts
Our range of podcasts allow you to download a selection of our programs. Downloadable audio means you can listen to your seminars when you want and where you want, and with a portable MP3 player or iPod, you don't even have to stay close to your computer to listen to audio files.
Remember, if you choose only to listen to the podcast, remember this constitutes private study under the MCLE Rules “Private study of Video/Audio/DVD – 1 MCLE (CPD) unit per hour to maximum of 5 MCLE (CPD) units”
