MCLE Units

Mandatory Units

Since 1 April 2009, practitioners must include at least one (1) MCLE unit each year in each of the following fields: Ethics and Professional Responsibility ; Practice Management and Business Skills ; Professional Skills. There is also a requirement to complete (1) unit every three years of a course relating to the management of the practice of law (OH & S, EEO and Anti Discrimination).
