The College of Law Expands its Applied Law Programs with New Commercial Litigation Course

The College of Law has announced the launch of the second in its series of Applied Law Programs, a Masters degree in Commercial Litigation, which will commence in August 2009.

The course was accredited at the higher education level by the New South Wales Department of Education and Training in December 2008 after having undergone a process of rigorous assessment. It consists of a Master of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation) as well as a Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma.

Announcing the new course, Joe Catanzariti, Chair, The College of Law, said this was an exciting new direction for the College. “The College is delighted to add Commercial Litigation to its growing portfolio of Applied Law Programs. We believe in the value of postgraduate education and will continue to build our programs in this area.”

Experts in Commercial Litigation practice have both developed the curriculum and written the course materials over the past 12 months to ensure they meet the highest standards and address the needs of today's practitioners.
