Management Training Needs For New Principals

In recognition of the changing landscape of the Australian legal profession, The College of Law's Centre for Best Practice presented a half-day forum in Sydney on 27th June on the issue of management training needs of lawyers – particularly new principals / directors of legal practices, and those who might be seen as partner designate or aspire to the role of a principal in a legal practice, or perhaps a legal management role in an in-house context.
