Admitted to practice in 1990. 19 years continuous experience as a practitioner in city firms, 13 years experience in legal education. Currently practices in corporate commercial law, in particular, financial services regulation (FSR), corporate fundraising, managed investments, mergers & acquisitions, ASX compliance, sale and purchase of business, corporate governance and directors duties. Previous areas of practice include property, litigation and ADR. Convenor, Law Society of WA Commercial Law Committee. Member, Legal Committee - Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC).
