Will I need advanced IT skills to use the College Learning Portal?
The College Learning Portal is very user friendly and you will have no trouble using it if you:
- are able to navigate websites
- understand and use email
- have basic Microsoft Office skills
What applications do the IT Support team support?
Our IT Support team only supports Microsoft applications used during the course. However, our team may be able to give you general advice on unsupported software.
Are there any conditions for using the College systems?
Yes. When you login to the College Learning Portal, you will be prompted to agree to the College’s IT terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you access the site.
