Like the Board of Directors of The College of Law Pty Ltd, the boards of directors of the College subsidiaries are mainly concerned with corporate governance.
However, the boards of the College subsidiaries do have a role in academic governance, providing input into curriculum by nominating potential course writers and lecturers and making appointments to Curriculum Advisory Committees.
